    Unless the file is way to big, you should be able to see the pics no problem

    Very strange, I am thinking the file is non-supported file but then what can it be? Try a battery pull and see if that works.

    You said viewing pictures was a problem. Well, exactly what is the problem when you view them? Do they come out dark? Do they come out pixelated? You never mentioned how you are having a hard time viewing them.

    The pictures doesn't download and it says the file type can't be viewed but its a jpeg file taken from the iphone
