Back on topic, I have a 4s and a corporate 9930 (Used to have a personal 9700). Both great phones, the keyboard on the 9930 is the best keyboard on any phone. The touchscreen keyboard on the 4s took me a long time to get used to but I am finally comfortable with it. Both phones have good screens but the 4s screen is better. The camera on the 4s is certainly better than my 9930's would be if my 9930 had a camera.
Unfortunately and unsurprisingly, where the 4s leaves the 9930 in the dust is the OS, applications and ecosystem. BB has BBM but I only had two contacts, I have many iMessage contacts (my 9930 is an employer supplied device so no BBM and no camera).
The BB has no video calling, the 4s has FaceTime and Skype. The gmail/google calendar integration works better on the 4s and iCloud means I don't have to use google contacts which totally suck (9930 is hooked up to BES). I don't use siri.
Aside from the keyboard, the feature I most miss on the 4s is the message indicator light.
