Hi All,

I'm relatively new to Podcasts and RSS feeds but have come to enjoy listening to various podcasts that I download through Viigo.

I've become frustrated, though, since often while I'm listening to the podcast it'll get interrupted by an incoming email notification which sets the podcast playback back to the beginning and there's no way to "fast forward" to get back to where I had been. So if I'm 25 minutes into a 45 minute podcast and I receive an email I have to start over altogether (so I usually just bag it instead of starting over).

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to download the podcast entirely, rather than stream it, so the playback isn't interrupted?

Related to that, when I listen to MP3/streamed radio (Pandora, NPR broadcasts, etc.), there's no interruption when I receive an email -- why is that?

Maybe it's just a bug in Viigo that other podcast clients don't have, but I'd appreciate any thoughts.
