    So here is the issue: My Curve won't connect to the internet, has stopped getting e-mails, and none of the stuff that requires a connection to the internet will work. It worked about a week ago with no problems, but now it does nothing. I keep getting this error message:


    "A communication failure has occurred. The server may be busy, please try agai later. If the problem persists contact your service provider.


    I have become addicted to the mobile e-mail feature, so this is getting pretty annoying. Any help you guys can provide would be great.


    p.s. I don't know what it means, but my phone says edge (lower case) in the top right corner. I have also re-booted the thing twice to no avail. Everything else works fine.

    Edge in lower case means that you can only make calls and sms text. You might need to re send your service books

    Log into your BIS site BlackBerry Internet Service
    and on the left, click "service books". Then click send service books. Give it a few minutes, and reset again, should be good.

    Ok, here's the next wave of issues. I went to log into the BIS site, but I don't have an account. So when I went to create one, it needed my PIN and IMEI. I don't know what those are, but I found them. I put them in and hit the continue button, and it told me I can't do it on the computer and to log in on my phone. I obviously can't do that because the internet on my phone is what I'm trying to fix. Any new ideas?

    1. From the device go to Options

    2. Select Advanced Options

    3. Select Host Routing Table

    4. Select menu, then 'Register Now'

    Here's my problem. My work email is through Novell groupwise. I don't know how to forward my email to my berry. Any help would be awesome!
