Is it possible to use another internet browser than BlackBerry's browser, if Yes wich browser works better on a 8330?
Opera Mini is the only third party browser that will work on a BB.

Is it a decent browser or is not even worth it downloading it?
It's free. Give it a try. There are different opinions on it.
i use OM with graphic intense web sites or sites that the native BB browser cannot handle well. i use it fairly often.

So in your opinion it is better than BlackBerry Browser.
For larger sites, yes. However,
i use the native browser for most sites. i prefer the blackberry browser.

What about te GPS are you able to use it with an app other than VZNavigator?
No. VZ NAV
$9.99 a month for audible turn by turn directions, maps, weather, traffic alerts, local search and favorites and place messages.

Yes and no. Out of the box no as VZW has essentially "locked down" the
internal GPS to work only with the paid VZ Nav app.
With an external GPS receiver, such as the Freedom Keychain, you can use
the 3rd party apps such as Nav4All and amaZeGPS
Yeah, that sucks. why pay about ten bucks when you can get it for free, right? That's BS from Verizon, next crontract I going to another phone company!!!
How this Freedom Keychain works and where can I get?
The keychain has a great reputation and gets high marks here.
I don't use it as I have AT&T, so I can use any 3rd party app I
wish. The link I gave you is for the CB store. I'm not sure if it
can be found cheaper.
Where can I get Opera Mini?
