In the profile editor (under Profiles->Advanced) I see a checkbox that says "Use Active Profile Except for" and then the checkbox is clickable for "Important Calls". How do you designate "Important Calls"? Does this mean I can have the phone set to the Silent profile but it will ring is a specified caller calls? What does this particular feature do and how do you implement it?

Scroll down to the Important Calls box, and hit the blackberry menu button and choose "Edit"

Once in there, scroll to "From:" and pull up the menu again and choose "Add Name" .... do this for each name you want to designate as Important.

Additionally, you can choose "Remove name" after there is at least one name in the exception list.
