Have had my 9700 for more than 2 years now and I absolutely love it. I like the bb OS for what it does best and what I need most--email and sms. So I'm now due for an upgrade and I want another bb but the options absolutely suck (I'm on att):
9900: poor battery, crappy camera, $200
9950: no keyboard, ****ty virtual keyboard
9810: this is an old bb with new internals- blah!
The logical upgrade would be 9900, but even if it did have a nice camera and similar battery life, what can it do that my 9700 can't? I mean something that is actually substantial, not incremental.
Bottom line is for $200, the upgrade to 9900 is just not worth it.
So I'm thinking of jumping ship to Android until BBX comes along. Whos with me?!
9900 does not have crappy battery life I get 12-16 hrs easily on normal to heavy use. and the camera is good also. I think its a very solid device. Try it I bet you'll be impressed.
