After FINALLY getting my new theme that I ordered to download onto my phone..I can't find it on my phone. I checked the themes in the options and it's not there. I'm just getting really frustrated with this because it did cost me money and it was such a hassle. Does anyone have an idea where it could be? Thanks in advance! :]

When you download a theme and it's listed under Options >Advanced Options >Applications, but not listed under Themes, it is for the wrong device or the wrong OS...

I downloaded a "4.5" theme to my girlfriend's phone without realizing that her OS was a 4.3.

It did the same thing as yours (failed to show up). I redownloaded the theme for the 4.3 OS and it overwrote the 4.5 version. Problem solved!

To identify your OS, goto Options>About and it will list your version. For instance, mine is:

BlackBerry 8310
smartphone (EDGE)
v4.5.0.110

Mine is "4.5" (disregarding the .0.110).

You can upgrade your Operating System without too much trouble. It takes about an hour or so.
