Ok so i made the switch back to a 9700. I have been using an unlocked 3GS for a while now and couldnt stand waiting for the 9780 to drop. Ive been having an issue that did not happen when i had the bold about 6 months ago. For some reason when i hit "scan for networks" it does not find my work network. It seemed to do it at home as well but after a while i noticed that it was connected. Not sure what the problem is. I tried to manually connect to the network and i got a W010: Wi-fi connection failed. Any ideas?

fyi - the router is about 20 feet away and does not have a security key.

I'm on .714 straight out of the box from t-mobile. You think going to .862 will help the problem?

Ok updated to .862 and it still is not finding my router. Should i just return it, or is this somehow fixable?

Are you sure that your router's settings are right and that it is discoverable?
