    HI,I have a blackberry and recently i have noticed when the screen lights to show i have a incoming call,but when i press the green button the screen goes black and i cannot connect to caller.
    I have pulled battery out numerous times and it downloads and screen lights up then it goes black again it does not have a sim card in it and i was told that is just for extra memory,thanks
