    Default I need a little assistance with my new z10

    I turn on the phone it only loads to a screen that says unable to connect to network the phone is brandnew and i dont know whats the problem any idea??

    Or if the sim card is in then it hasn't been registered. You would have to call the carrier.

    the phone is locked but it wont go pass that screen for me to go to enter the unlock code
