Hey, I bought a game from a website for my BlackBerry, and I downloaded it onto my computer. Yes, it's compatible with my phone, but the game was zipped, so I extracted the .alx file, and I tried to upload it onto my phone using my BlackBerry Desktop Manager. An error message popped up, reading "No additional applications designed for your device were found." I heard that this is a "common" problem with other users, and they said you have to download some software in order for it to work. Please help me!

Make sure you have the most updated version of the Desktop Manager as well as device software. Go to VZW site and check the latest software they have available. Go to phone support and select the info pertaining to your phone.
