- I'm new to this whole BB world.
I am so frustrated. I got my ATT Pearl (phone rox) and set up the data plan.
Saturday night I tried to access the BIS and was unable to from the phone. Troubleshooted with ATT for over an hour. Then ATT server went down so I lost all my data for the next almost 48 hours.
In the meantime I set up all my email accounts on the BIS- 2 Hotmail, one Gmail, one Yahoo and another work exchange address.
Today the rep called me and fixed the data issue. Immediately the service books came thru and the issue seemed to be fixed. However not one email was pushed thru the entire day. Not even gmail which is supposed to be a no-brainer. I came to my computer tonight and saw lots of new emails in all my inboxes. I resent the service books numerous times. Rebooted... Nothing helps. I sent an email directly to my BB address and it came thru immediately. I assume this means the BIS is pushing email?
