    Default I need help!!

I'm new to Blackberry's and I was wondering how do you put a backup from a previous Blackberry to a new one? I saved it under My documents but I have no idea how to transfer it to my new phone. Can someone please help?

    Welcome to CB!

Desktop Manager has a Backup/Restore option and a switch BB option. Just follow the options.

Just do a switch device wizard on Destop manager and it will back up your current BB and then you transfer it to you new one.

I don't have the previous BB anymore. It was damaged so I had to send it back but I did a backup before I started having problems with it.

Nikki~ You can still use Switch Device Wizard. I did it when my Pearl was replaced. Store kept the defective one and sent me home with a new one.
