We are having issues with our blackberry not displaying the correct name when receiving an email. In our Outlook Database, we enter Assistant�s names in the 2nd email location for our executive client. We put their email address in and under �display as� we type the Assistant�s name.
When the assistant emails us, on our desktop outlook email, it displays the Assistant�s name, but on the blackberries, it shows up as the email is coming from the main person�s name on the database record.
It gets a little confusing when we think the email is coming from the executive, but it is actually coming from the Assistant. Is there something we are not doing correctly?
