Ive closed it in the task manager and when I open the task manager again its still there! Please help.

Sorry. I have a priv and it's running on lollipop. When this started my phone also started acting up. It's freezing and shutting off by itself. The battery is dieing really fast. Thank you!

Have you cleared browser history, closed all apps using "clear all" to close apps, and cleared storage cache in Settings?

Is it confirmed it's a Web page and not adware?

When you said you reset your device I assume you just rebooted.

I would try what ray said above then...

I would start with holding your power button down for 32 seconds and reboot the device .

Plus I also found this clears some lag you may have from the April security patch.

Tell me how it goes

It has to be something different. I've tried clear all. I've cleared history and caches. I've rebooted.

I have one but I can't figure out how to insert it for you. The page or ad, whatever it is, doesn't open anymore but it just hangs out in the open tasks manager.

It appears you're using a full browser, so use in line photo to add a photo.

It isn't listed in my browser as another open page. And I can't open it. I opened it once and it was a really weird page with lost of unrelated information.
