So i just got my curve for US Cellular. And i was messing around with it trying to learn how to work this thing and i deleted it and i was wondering if there is anyway of getting it back?

Did you actually delete it, or just hide it??

From the home screen do Menu / Show All to see if it got hidden

If you actually need to reload it, then install the OS for your device onto your PC (from your carrier) and then run apploader. Be sure a checkmark is next to brickbreaker! And voila

So i just did that and its gone! is there any way to reset the device to go back to the way it was out the box

Yes, you can... but you will lose all settings, contacts, etc etc. So make sure you have a backup (using Desktop Manager).

Then go to options / security options / general settings / menu / wipe handheld

Then restore from backup once that is done

If you have data you can load it ota from blackberry mobile
Or download it from blackberry's website and load it with app loader
