Hi

I have a problem with my Q10, which still occurring over 10.2.1.1055 and It was in the official 10.2.0.424 too

The problem

The BBM call icon doesn't appear for my contacts while they are trying to call me
and in the other hand, I can see thier BBM video call availbale and I'm able to call them

What should I do?

( I tried more than 4 Versions and even BBM channels)

Try rebooting your phone. It happened to me once. I shut the phone off , then i turned it back on , I went BBM contacts, or local contacts in the phone and it fixed the problem.
