I have a 9700 Bold and for some reason, all of a sudden I can not send or receive emails. Any suggestions??? Spent 2 hours with Data Help Desk today and after 2 hours of trying to fix it, they say I have to send my phone off for repairs...which I don't understand, since it is 2 months old. There has got to be an explanation for this. I am really not interested in sending off my phone to be repaired...it's freakin' new. Anyone having troubles with their email???

no question is "lame" when we have such little info to go on. oftentimes the most obvious thing to one person, is overlooked by others. never hurts to ask!
He had me delete all my service books...and then he tried to resend them, but it wouldn't work. I then had to reinstall them from my BlackBerry Desktop. What exactly are these service books anyways?
This is weird, im not sure what service your using, not Verizon i know this. But, are you sure that your passwords are correct when you verified your E-mail? Or have you even Verified them at all?

I am using Bell service (from Canada). I have deleted my email and re-installed it three times...but I am not sure where I would Verify them. Sorry, I am totally new to this. I have only had the Blackberry for 2 months.
What you need to do
1. Hit your BB button
2. Go to Email settings
3. Log in to your email settings (user name and password)
4 Once logged in does your email(s) say verify at all?
5.If they do verify your password so your phone and Email can talk to each other and make up.
5. If not try resaving your password again for the email and see if that works
