Buy the keyboard version on first day IT becomes available. They need good sales for it, too, you know.
What Thunderbuck said (very well I might add).
Wait or buy both.
I will rush to buy one or the other but after seeing both and trying each.
There's no need to panic RIM isn't going anywhere
Im going to wait for the keyboard. From what i've read it will not follow much after first launch.
Good question. Hmm try both in the store? I Know I can't afford both so I will have to make a choice.
Get the one you want; the wait won't be long. If you want to support them on Day 1, go into a store and chatter about how excited you are about the keyboard model that's coming in a few weeks.
Until they kick you out for giving other people the idea to wait.
im having the same dilemma. what i might do is get the all touch when it comes out, use it and this super duper virtual keyboard, and when the physical keyboard comes out i will have a good idea what will work the best. if it is the physical keyboard the L series is hitting eBay.

I'm not due until next November, so hopefully any bugs are worked out and a few different models will be available. I would prefer a 9810 style of slider/TS because of my sausage fingers.

definitely a physical keyboard guy... im waiting haha! ill just stop by t-mobile and play around with the all touch-screen BB10. But so far there hasnt been much leaked info on the physical keyboard BB10 :/ (pics, vids, etc)
We, possibly, see the N series leaks at December.
Just by buying the Blackberry device you will be the happiest with support RIM. The number you will add to devices sold will be 1 no matter if you buy one on the first day or three weeks later.
If you can't afford to buy both then wait. But try out the touch while you wait.
I just might buy one of each when they launch.
If there's a slider coming and looks as good as in the pics I will go for it... but then a slider... dont know if it comes? either way... I think the QWERTY will be the one to buy unless the touch is good. 9860 touch screen is really not so great...
As the release of both devices draws near, there are bound to be some leaked videos of the final hardware. You should be able to better gauge whether you'll truly want the qwerty model, or perhaps not. For me it will depend on how they "replace" the trackpad functionality and also IF all the keyboard shortcuts are there as well.

This.
Also after such a long wait, a few more days shouldn't actually matter. In addition maybe the N-Series might not be too far away from the L-Series in terms of release. I guess we'll see both devices in February.
OP,
You missed both as an option on your poll. I plan to buy both.
Do what I am going to do....buy the full screen and if you don't love it give it to your wife when the keyboard version comes.
I'll buy both. :)
Wait for the one you want. It will be a short 30 days between both devices.
But then again, if you're as insane for these devices as I am, start putting cash away in a cookie jar and get both!!!!:D

I've waited this long, so I guess I can wait EVEN longer for a keyboard version. *sigh*
I still don't understand why they cant be released at the same time, on all carriers, and in Black or White color options!!! Is it really that hard to do?
You'll have to live with the phone a lot longer than the couple of weeks difference so wait and get the one that you want.
The sales of either device will be logged in the first quarter sales, so that way it really doesn't matter.....just your patience factor.
