I just noticed that my phone isn't automatically downloading small pics anymore in html emails. Even if i select download image, nothing happens. My settings are set at download automatically.
    Any suggestions?

If you haven't already, Resend your Service Books:

Unsupported Browser Log into your account.

    Also (on BlackBerry Deivce):

    Messages
    Email Settings
    Enable HTML Email: YES

    Also (on BlackBerry Device):

    Options
    Advanced Options
    Host Routing Table
    Menu
    Register Now

*Only emails forward from now will be HTML, not your old emails.

*When you get an HTML email you need to press Menu, download images.

*You have to do this for every HTML email you get.

Wow - that was a thorough answer.

Thanks for the details. I was unaware that it was not retro-active.

I wonder if it has something to do with not having a data plan and just an unlimited email plan. I receive attachments just fine.

i'm not positive but that sounds logical since some images within the html email are linked images from the nets.

someone with more knowledge will come along shortly i'm sure!

That would be my guess as well. If you have an image box in an email and click on it you should get a message that says something like "continue browsing to ......".

I think this is the same for Outlook Express. When I restart my PC, OLE comes up before the wireless network connection, and I see old emails with X's for images, because it can't get to the net to show the image.
