Go to att.blackberry.com and login. Under Settings/Service Books click Resend Service Book. All will be will then!!!

Ok there might be two issues...

    1) Those who are not getting HTML email AT ALL.
    2) Those who are getting HTML, but the images don't show up.

For those who are #1, do the service book, battery pull thing.

For those who are #2, you need to put in your APN in your TCP settings. I don't know about any other provider, but if you're a Tmo member, you need to go to options -> Advanced Settings -> TCP. Then enter "wap.voicestream.com" where it says APN. WARNING*** some providers/areas may charge an extra fee for using this.

Anyone have ideas for Verizon customers? I'm in the "#2" group and don't see TCP as an option under Advanced Settings...

Now, being that Verizon is cdma, it is probably different. So I found the following information doing a google search. It means absolutely nothing to me as I don't have verizon, so I don't even have the possibility to input that setting into my version. But you're welcome to try it if it makes any sense to you.

    Verizon 1
    Gateway IP: 12.168.70.74
    Port: 9201

    Verizon 2
    Gateway IP: 153.114.115.100
    Port 9203

    Verizon 3
    APN: No configuration needed
Username for APN: No configuration needed
Password for APN: No configuration needed
    WAP Gateway IP: 153.114.115.100
    WAP Gateway Port: 9203

I'm ********. I had resent service books, put in the address at Apn, batterry pull everything and the get images still wasn't working. Went and checked my settings and had a friggin typo in the apn! Voicesteam instead of voicestream!!!!!!

haha atleast it was an easy fix. HTML email is a huge plus and it only makes sense that blackberry has this capability.
