When I open an html e-mail that has a bunch of images, they do not load automatically. That's my first problem.

Then when I hit the menu key and click "get images" I get a warning. It says "Warning: downloading internet images can expose your address. Continue?"

Is this true and why or how? Should I ignore it and go ahead and download the images? Shouldn't they load by themselves when I open the email. I have Sprint 4.5OS

No this is a security feature. Continue if you know who the email is from. There are no known viruses for blackberry yet so you have nothing to really worry about. Images that are externally hosted do this.
