    I usually cannot see any images or graphics in the emails i receive.....i can see the outlines of the boxes where they should be but no images....any advice?

    In a message folder press menu > options > email settings and
    make sure HTML is enabled.

    For emails with images you have to press menu and select Get
    Images. You have to do this with each email you receive. It is
    a security feature.
