    Hi, I lost my Blackberry Q10, but made a backup on the Blackberry Link. Bought a new Blackberry Keyone, but I was unable to restore the backup to the new phone. Do you guys know, how to get the backup, whats the procedure?? Thanks

    I think you need a BlackBerry 10 device to get any data off a BlackBerry Link backup.
    Maybe you could buy a really cheap used BlackBerry 10 device (you don't even care if it has a slight crack or something), restore the backup, and then copy whatever data you need to the KEYone.
