I am currently using a gmail account. How do I set the default to gmail tasks and also have them show up in my calendar. I do not want tasks to sacve to the device in case I have to switch out devices. I want all tasks to show up in gmail tasks or gmail calendar.

Your google accounts will automatically sync. So calendar entries on any device, web, or mobile, should all be the same if you have Google Accounts syncing.

Settings --> Accounts --> {choose google account} --> {choose google account's calendar you are syncing} --> Edit --> {choose calendar}

Scroll to bottom of Edit Account page and select sync interval and how much of the past you want to sync up with in Sync past Events.

I don't see anything for tasks/Remember syncing with Google account natively. Perhaps there's a third party app?
