long story short, my Sony phone rearranged all my contacts on my SIM and they show up funky on my Curve 8310's address book.

AT&T guy at the store said I could upload contacts onto computer and edit from computer to make it easier.

I thought that was nice, better than editing 250 contacts from the phone inself.

HOW DO I DO THIS? I've had my BB for a week and can't even use it

I use Microsoft Office to edit my contacts and calendar when on my desktop. Edit everything that you need to and then sync through Desktop Manager and everything should be fixed.

Load your contacts to outlook. It syncs nicely with the BB.

If you don't have Outlook, here is a free editor.

    http://www.processtext.com/abcblackberryipdeditor.html

The first step is to make a backup of your data using BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Open the backup file, edit as required and save it. Restore it to your BlackBerry.
