How to recieve email on my Blackberry

I just bought a blackberry 8100 and would like to set it up so I get get my emails(personal use), I use mail(mac software) and have a pay as you go(pre paid) sim card with o2 UK.

I need a step by step guide on how to do it( haven't been able to find it)
