I've been getting a lot of "digital roaming" lately at my work and I got a letter from Sprint saying they were going to terminate my contract if I keep this up. I do not have a roaming package.

I had no clue that I was even roaming, but did notice it when I go into the Mobile Network or Connection menu. I've set my network to "home only" and also set "while Roaming" to off. Yet, I still get the digital roaming indication. Can someone please help if I'm missing anything? Thanks in advance.

Weird. Most carriers have roaming agreements in place. I would call Sprint and ask them what gives.

No matter what you do a small amount of data will still go trough before it detects it as roaming and turning it off, the only way is to turn data off completely before you leave your home network and roam to the roaming one.
