is it true that you have full edge and 3 bars 3G that the full edge would win. some guy at AT&T store told me that but i cant believe all of them i know more about phones than some of those guys
im gonna do a battery expeiment only with EDGE on i wannt see how much i can milk it
Yes 3G is much faster. A 3G connection with any bars is faster than an Edge connection with full bars. And in some spots around the country 3G is super fast with AT&T upgrading their HSPA in major cities. There are a bunch of youtube videos already out there comparing edge vs 3g.
Yeah that guy at AT&T was an *****. All the bars represent is the strength of your signal, so an EDGE connection on full bars is still an EDGE connection. Check these out:
