I love my BB qwerty keyboard on my BB Bold 9900, and i dont think the new Bold in 2013 will have a big enough screen, so how many ditching their physical qwerty keyboard for all touch when the all touch BB comes out in Q 1 or 2013?

I swear by the keyboard, but I will definitely be checking out the L series when it's released. The virtual keyboard actually looks usable to me.

I will be trying one out.

Physical keyboard isnt a must-have for me when the BB10 devices are out.

Depending on how RIM will work out input of special characters without the trackpad, I'd again settle for a physical QWERTY. Since the Nevada will be missing not only the trackpad but the whole button row, I think the overall screensize will be more. I'd say we might see a screensize somewhere around 3.0-3.2". More won't be actually doable due to the resolution restrictions and general phone size.

qwerty is good to use but ever since my slider broke, i didnt repair it and hence now typing using my virtual keyboard.
n what do u know, after a month or two, my typing on this virtual keyboard is getting faster.
good to practice your thumb eye coordination.

and i'm pretty sure i am now ready for BB10

I could get used to a touch screen keyboard but I enjoy typing on my 9900, why give up that experience? Qwerty for me.

I do love the qwerty keyboard on my 9900, but I'm considering going to the full touch. I'll wait and see what others make of it first, and try one out for myself before I make the decision :-)
The full touch looks too schweeet not to consider!

Rim has never made a solid full screen device, that being said I love the 9000 and 9900 so the next qwerty bold better keep the 9900 style or im out !

I would miss the physical KB, but the extra screen real estate and front facing camera might be enough to make me switch to all touch.

I've had a keyboard on my phones since my Treo 600 in 2002, but I'm going to get an L and try to go all touch. Just don't want to give up the screen real estate. I wouldn't mind seeing RIM come out with a portable BT keyboard the size of a 9900 keyboard for times when some hardcover typing is required, maybe when on travel. Would be useful for Playbook owners to.

I think I'm going to give the full touchscreen a shot this time around. The virtual keyboard looks fairly easy to use.

Blackberryfan2009 wasn't your 9900 dying or something and weren't you debating picking up a Note 2?

Maybe. I've used touch-screen only BlackBerrys before and they always felt like a touch screen was unnaturally forced onto an OS meant for a menu button and a click wheel. I could never type as quick on them either, no matter how hard I tried.

That said, PlayBook felt like it was naturally built for a touch screen and it's the underpinning of BB10. So we'll see.

if they made a slider, we would not have to give up screen real estate and have a keyboard. Please make a slider!!!

The concept of the BB 10 keyboard looks awesome. I can't wait to try it out. Its an onscreen keyboard, but it still seems very BlackBerry like, if that makes sense.

I've gotten so used to onscreen keyboards that I really can't see myself going back to one as my main device.
