I had an old housing that my son painted... He let it dry in the sun and it had 4 coats and he was done in a couple of hours. But then he decided he just wanted a new housing.

    was this airbrushed or what?
it so if you got the type that can just spray air without the paint u can speed up the drying process

I'd wait at least 2 hours between coats (or longer, depending on the type of paint). Its better to wait a little longer than to mess it up!
