    I have the storm 9500 and i wanted to delete the previous os 4.7 because i upgraded to v5.0 but the problem is that when i searched for help it showed up that i should go to the wireless update and delete it but the thing is that at the advanced options i didn't have the wireless update . Can someone help me ??

    If you upgraded the phone, there's no previous OS on it to delete.

    I believe that as part of the OS update the previous version would have been deleted as part of the process. So when you upgraded to v5.0, the previous 4.7 version would have already have been deleted during the upgrade process.
