    I get a nuisance unknown number call that makes my Q10 vibrate as well as ring. How is this possible when vibrate is set to off for all notifications? All other calls ring only.

    Have you tried blocking the spammer. There are apps on BlackBerry world for that

    I called T-mobile's tech support and was told "it's absolutely impossible for anyone to get into Blackberry's settings, it would take really expensive equipment and even the CIA can't get in." Was also told they don't track or deal with nuisance callers but will change my phone number for me.
