So who is able to view their email in HTML format and who just views it in text. If you view in HTML, do you have an app and which one, or do you have BES?

I have BIS and Empower Pro. I just got the empower so i'm still new at using it. One problem i had so far was when i got an email from t-mobile telling me my bill was now available to view online. Whenever i clicked to open the email, my bb would shut down. Don't know if that was some kind of hint. So i just had to view the email on my pc. Other than that it's been good so far. Viewing email in html is a must for me.

BBSmart here. eZainny is amazing at customer service, answers within a few hours. Great at switching devices and generating new registration codes. And the new update is gonna be SICK!!!

Also, can someone that uses BBSmart tell me how to see all the photos/graphics that come in an e-mail? They show up as hyper links within the text. I woud rather see the graphic.

Trying the trial version of empower I still can't view images on my e-mails. I have the settings set to show images too. All I get is 3 "XXX". I'm on BIS dont know if thats anything to do with it.
