    THE BLACKBERRY EMAIL ADDRESS WAS LINKED TO MY NTL WORLD ACCOUNT WHICH I STILL USE . Now the old [email protected] .co.uk is no longer in use and I keep receiving not delivered receipts from the postmaster @ blackberry.co.uk

    If that don't work you might need to contact Orange.


    PS: You will need your own BB email and password login info for the BIS, if you don't have it you will have no choice but to contact Orange and have them correct the issue.
