The search button is your friend!?! We've discussed this many times...

Nonetheless, log into your BIS account, and edit it there...

Who is your carrier? Log into their website, your account. Find the email account that you setup, edit, etc, etc...

Well, go to the T-Mobile website, then My T-Mobile. Log in, click on 'support for my device', then select 'setup internet email'. You will see the present email account(s) that you have.

From here you can edit the signature, amoung other things...

To change or set up an auto-signature for handheld e-mails from BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.2, follow these steps:

NOTE: This option is only available if you are using the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) or BlackBerry Desktop Redirector.

    1. From the computer, access BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.2.
NOTE: If you do not have a desktop icon for the program, select the Start menu, Programs, BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
    2. Double-click Email Settings.
    3. Click the General tab.
    4. From Auto Signature (at the bottom of the screen), adjust the current signature as desired.
NOTE: If you do not want a signature, delete the contents of the signature section.
    5. Click OK.
    6. Connect the handheld to the computer.
    7. Synchronize the handheld with BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.2.
