    I bought an unlocked blackberry online and when I put the SIM card it said it was invalid since I bought it unlocked I try putting several number when it ask me for the MEP ending all the attempts with no good results since the phone still doesn't work.
    I would like to know how I can rest the MEP attempts so I can key in the MEP number and unlocked the phone to be able to used it.

    Contact the seller. Phone was likely locked. To unlock you will need to know carrier and IMEI.
