    I have an old blackberry... says Qualcomm 3G CDMA on the back.

    I want to transfer my files created on MemoPad to my computer, there are a lot and I don't want to transcribe them all.

    I still have the USB plug and a micro sd card in there. I've checked everywhere in the menus and tried to connect it directly to my computer but to no avail. The documents folder is empty on my MicroSD card.

    So I've been wondering if I missed something or if some computer program could force entry.

    What is the name of your BlackBerry? Is it a BBOS device or BB10?
    If it's BBOS. Download BlackBerry Desktop Software and sync everything up and backup all the files.

    BB10
    Download BlackBerry Link and do the same thing I mentioned above. Sync and backup everything
