    My only options are:

    Send As Email
    Send to Messenger Contact
    Send To Facebook

    Isn't that what MMS is?

    I compose an MMS message, select recipient, then type text.

    Menu > Attach a picture. then send.

    Your phone (8830) doesnt support MMS. You have to send the picture as an email. I had/have the same phone on Sprint.
