it won't let me put in the ticket number, it won't let me choose tech support, it won't let me DO anything. I have an open ticket but I can't get any help from them!

Have you tried going thru your carrier? The last time I had an issue Verizon got BB Tech on the phone and they fixed it together.

Hi Jane, yes. TMo are the ones who set up/opened the call w/ BB. But now nothing is happening. I really don't want to have to go through another hour of powering on and off to figure it out, lol.
