    Resend Service Books, then go to messages>Options>Email Settings>
    Enable HTML-Yes
    Download Images automatically- Yes

    Login to your BIS site and on the left side in the menu will be the option service books. Select that and click resend service books. Or you can do it from the email setup on your Pearl.
