    When I delete an email from my phone it deletes from my work computer account but not vice versa .

    The issue is from the settings on your mobile phone. You can choose, from the settings, to delete the email from the email server when it's deleted from your phone.
    Which of the email email clients are you using? I might be able to give straight-forward guide on how to do that. If you are using an inbuilt email client, which device and OS version are you running?

    IMAP or POP3?

    Makes a huge difference. What email service? Could even be yet another protocol... :-)
