I use Yahoo email's calendar to keep track of myself, and synch it to my Blackberry. The Yahoo display is full-page and user-friendly, but the synched Blackberry display is just a list of dates by number, no days of the week, no hint what activities are scheduled. Open the calendar Click Menu>Options>General Options>Initial View>Month or what ever you would like!
