    Older legacy BlackBerry devices can runs apps that will allow you to Ignore or Deny Voice Mail Access to callers from black listed numbers or CID information, like block "Blocked Caller ID" callers or such. It can be set to ignore the call so it doesn't ring or vibrate and immediately dump them to voice mail or pick-up/hang-up the call so it prevents the caller from being able to leave you a voice mail.
    BB10 devices can run apps to do mostly the same above, but lack the API to allow it to pick-up/hang-up the call, so all blocked callers calling a BB10 could leave a voice mail.

    Of course, your cell carrier should also be able to block calls from a black list or CID information, check with them to see what they offer.

    After trying many apps the only that works perfectly is Blockr. I paid for many others but didn't work 4 me.

    Alain, I also like the Samsung Touch Wiz which also has call and text blocking built into the OS. I am surprised Blackberry didn't do the same for the Priv.
