I have a BB 8830 world edition.....and I have my sbcglobal.net account added onto my BB. I want to delete that and add a comcast.net account HOW DO I DO THAT?

1-tried going to the cell phone store, no luck.
2-tried tech support. (would rather eat glass than to call those guys again)
3-my username and password on my email setup page does not work.

Any help would be great......thx

have you tried going to verizon.blackberry.com....(it may be verizonwireless.blackberry.com)

that's the website that holds all of your e-mail accounts and that is where you are able to edit and you should be able to delete it...i'm not promising it though because i've never done it...


i hope that was at least a fraction of some help... :P

that's it! i couldnt remember the website...i was able to get to it by doing the verizonwireless.blackberry.com thing before but it wasn't working...thanks!
