can anybody suggest me on Auto Updating the application version.
here i had made an application which i want to deplay in blackberry devices before that i want to check my application for update version and get downloaded if available in server.
I used platformRequest for this by calling in main method a class object which extends MIDlet but i am getting IOSecurityException.
now how can i solve this problem is there any other way through which i can autoupdate my application.
I have been trying to use platformRequest() with no luck. I added an import command at the top of my application but it still seems that my app can't find it. I keep getting a symbol not found error. Could you send me an example of how you implemented this command.
