So I downloaded.a theme and I didn't like the background so I changed it, but when I go to lock the screen, the lockout screen background is the same background as the theme.I downloaded, is there on option somehwere to change this? I was only able yo change the background for my menu screen but not the lock out screen.

It's not an option that you can change. The lock screen wallpaper is defined by the theme creator.
