    I notice that my pictures and phone videos is invisible, I can't save another photo on my phone.. What can I do remove this so that my pictures can come back to the normal

    Not a virus....can you confirm device and OS? can you clarify where your media is stored? What application are you using to view your media? Can you upload your files to PC and view them?
