    Seems I need to put in my blackberry ID password to do this- which I have forgotten. I answer the question (where it asks if you have forgot password) and it says that a reset email has been sent to my blackberry.com email. I don't know how to access my blackberry.com email. Can anybody advise?

    Go online and reset your password and ID.
